Thirty Four year old Louisiana State Police Sergeant Damien L. Dyson was arrested early Saturday morning by troopers from Louisiana State Police Troop A. Dyson was driving westbound on I-10, west of La. highway 22 when his Cadillac struck the rear of a vehicle driven by 21 year old Kevin Gomez-Castellanos at high speed.
